Time Off by HR Cloud for ADP Workforce Now

Time off integration with HR Cloud enables you to utilize all features of our Time off module:

Create custom time-off policies with automatic accruals
Create approvals for specific time off types
Approved time off is directly synced with ADP Workforce Now/ TotalSource
Client can choose whether to import canceled requests from ADP
Daily exports to ADP to make sure leave time is deducted from payroll (if appropriate)

When creating Time Off types, the Description field is essential for exporting time off to ADP.

Create Time Off type in HR Cloud and in the description field of the Time Off type:

Copy/Paste the name of the ADP Policy ( field called Policy Name) that will be connected to the related Time Off type
Add comma ( “ , “ )
Copy/Paste Reason Code
Finally, the Time Off description in HR Cloud should look like this.

By completing these steps, the time-off request for any custom time-off type will be exported to ADP.
