What are Recruit reports?

This article explains the different types of reports related to the applicants.

There are two types of reports which can be generated.

1. Applicant Pipeline

These are the reports related to the applicants in different phases of the interview/application process. A bar graph is generated which indicates the number of applicants with different statuses.

For example, the following graph shows our four applicants, three are in New status (screening yet to start) and one applicant is On Hold

Reports

You can also choose to see a subset of applicants on the basis of the job position applied, department, location, or time. Set appropriate filters using the dropdown menus at the top. The graph and the list of applicants will be shown as per the set filters.

2. Applicant Source

These are the reports related to the source of the applicants.

Company Job Board is public and is accessible to all whereas Recruit is private and accessible only to the users managing the job posts.

Please note that employees will not be able to see the Recruit app unless they are set as Hiring Managers.

This report is shown using a pie chart indicating the number of applicants from each of the sources.

Data can also be filtered on the basis of the job position, department, location, and time using the dropdown menus on the top.

For example, Direct Source is when an applicant was added manually while a Company Job Board source indicates how many applicants applied on their own directly from the Job Board.

If you shared your listing on Facebook or LinkedIn, that will also be recognized as a valid source.

Please note that if there is a Recruit integration ( Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor) that source will also be listed in the pie chart. *reach out to your Account manager to verify which integrations you have turned on

Both reports can be exported as CSV files but it won't include the graphs.
