How to use Workmates Analytics

This article will explain the usage of our Workmates Analytics feature.

Workmates Analytics option can be found right next to Homepage, Feed, Channels, Portals and Resources when you open Workmates.

Once you click on it, Overview tab will be opened immediately. You can track user activity there  and choose between Daily count and Cumulative views as shown in the video.

If you're interested in to more specific information, you can skip to other available tabs such as Activity, Kudos (if you have this app as well), Posts, Advocacies, Popular and Channels. 

How to create and export different views?

a) You can choose between showcasing all users or filtering by departments, locations, divisions or employment type.

b) You can choose if you want to see records from the last 365, 30, 7, or any custom days or simply in the last 24 hours.

c) You can filter through results to find a specific name, position, or any of the other available details.

Once you're happy with your results and you want to save them, you can click on the Export option in the right corner and you will be able to download them.
