How do I create a Blank Form?

This article explains the step by step process of creating a new blank form.

HR Cloud offers a very easy to use and extensive Form Builder tool which can be used to create dynamic forms with different types of fields and formatting options. To create a blank form, please follow the steps below.

    • Access Form Builder:
        • Navigate to the Files icon on the left bar and click on Forms.
    • Initiate New Form:
        • Click on the "+ New Form" option.
        • Select 'Blank Form' and enter the form name.
        • Click "Save and Proceed".
    • Form Details and Fields:
        • Drag and drop the fields you wish to add to the form. 
        • Explore different formatting options as needed.
        • Click "Next" 
    • Configure Signing Order:
      • After arranging fields, configure the signing order if required.
      • Click ‘’Save’’ to add the form to the system.
