How to hire an applicant through Recruit that was already hired and terminated?

This article explains how to hire an applicant that was already hired in your company and terminated in the past.

If an applicant that was already hired through Recruit and later terminated in HRC applies again, the system wouldn't let you hire him since there is already an account in the system with the same email (terminated account of that same person).

To hire that employee again through Recruit:

1. Go to the old profile of that same employee and change his/her email under the Account tab to a dummy email (it is not important since that profile is not used anymore).
2. After that, you can use that old email when hiring the new applicant through Recruit again.
   
   

Another approach is to simply rehire that person by using his existing profile in the system.

You can create a new applicant status for these scenarios and mark his applicant profile accordingly.
