How to send emails from the Recruit?

In the Recruit app, you can send custom emails directly to candidates that applied for the job postings. This article will cover all possible ways of communicating with the applicant.

To send out an email from the Recruit:

  1. In Recruit, click on the name of the applicant that you want to send email to.
  2.  In the applicant profile, click on the 'Emails' tab.
  3. Click on the 'New Email' on the right side and you will be able to compose the email that you want to send to your candidate.
  4. There are also predefined email templates that you can choose from that are used to notify the candidate about the status of the application.

 

Automatic workflow emails can also be adjusted and the options are the following:

1.  Confirmation messages when an application is submitted and the offer letter signed

2. SMS whenever the applicant's status is changed

3.  Email alert when there is a new applicant from the web/system and when the applicant's status is changed
