How do I create a Background Form?
This articles explains step by step process of creating a background form.
- Access Form Builder:
- Similarly, go to the Files icon on the left and click on Forms.
- Initiate New Form:
- Click on the '+New Form' icon.
- Choose Background Form and enter the form name.
- Upload background PDF.
- Click "Save and Proceed".
- Form Details:
- Drag and drop the fields you wish to add to the form.
- Explore different formatting options as needed.
- Click "Next"
- Configure Signing Order:
- After arranging fields, configure the signing order if required.
- Click ‘’Save’’ to add the form to the system.
