How to customize Calendar options?
This article will cover all current possibilities within HR Cloud Calendar.
By accessing Settings - Calendar, you will be able to adjust Calendar Integrations and Calendar Visibility Rules.
- Calendar integrations
If turned on, your employees will be able to connect Google calendar and O365 Calendar.
When set, syncing HR Cloud calendar and mentioned external calendars can be adjusted to only be allowed if the user's external calendar email domain matches a specific email domain you will have to enter in @email.com format - Calendar Visibility Rules
You can adjust specific rules applicable to specific groups and limit or expand their access through Calendar.
Additionally, under Settings - Privacy, you can adjust the following:
1. Visibility of Anniversaries and Birthdays to all users in Calendar
2. Visibility of Time Off Type and Time Off Description through the Calendar
Every employee can see his task's due dates in the calendar, his own time off, and holidays applicable to his location.
Everything else is adjusted through the settings mentioned above.
